All parts are described to the best of our ability, if you are unsure about a new or used item, please contact us and we can help verify you are ordering the correct part.
Parts must be returned within 30 days of receipt. Customer pays for return shipping fees. Damaged items do not qualify for a return. If you need help verifying if the problem lies with our product vs your pinball machine, we will assist as we can in trouble shooting.
